Standard Double wall construction inner body made of high grade aluminum sheet or Stainless Steel and outer body made of mild steel sheet duly painted in powder coated paint.The gap between the two wall will be filled by high grade glass wool of 75mm to avoid thermal loss.Bided Heating elements are placed in bottom and two sides (Ribs) made of kanthal.Aone wire (best quality wire in India) Chamber is provided with groves to hold shelves and to adjust shelves according to the requirement temperature range +5ºC ambient to 90ºC controlled by thermostat.To work on 220/230V AC.Comes with two aluminum shelves.
